We unwind and go within

  • Mindfulness and relaxation for the body
  • Mindful movement
  • Guided meditations (Including meditations for positivity, clarity,  empowerment, life purpose, connection, gratitude, manifestation, inner wisdom and more!)
A friendly class
This is a really lovely class where you can relax and unwind from the stresses of the day. I have learnt a lot about meditation and I enjoy trying something new every time. It's a friendly class and Perm makes everyone feel very welcome.
